Model Based Development Engineer – Join the Team Creating Smart Heating Systems!

We are looking for an engineer who wants to develop modern control functions for heat pumps, boilers, and Smart Home solutions. You will work in an experienced, agile SCI team, making a real impact on the future of intelligent heating systems.
Your Responsibilities:
Create and refine control models in Matlab/Simulink
Prepare models for integration with a C++ platform
Define and manage software requirements in Polarion
Perform MIL/SIL testing, Simulink Test, and integration testing
Collaborate in Agile teams within the SAFe framework
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in model-based development (Simulink)
Basic knowledge of C++
Experience with MIL/SIL testing
Fluent in English or German
Nice to Have:
Experience with IoT and heating systems
Agile development experience
